Fitness check: The Adrai Jungle Trek is categorized as an Easy to Moderate trail, but it requires continuous walking for 5 to 6 hours over 7.5 kilometers of uneven terrain. You will encounter thick mud, slippery moss-covered rocks, and shallow stream crossings that demand good body balance. To enjoy this trek comfortably, you should possess basic cardiovascular endurance. We recommend engaging in light cardio activities—such as brisk walking, jogging, cycling, or climbing stairs—for at least 3 to 4 days leading up to the trek. If you suffer from severe knee injuries, acute asthma, or heart conditions, this trek is not recommended.
