Terms & Conditions
Bookings & inquiries
Submitting an expedition inquiry reserves your interest, not a seat. Seats are confirmed only after our team contacts you and (where applicable) payment is completed. Batch sizes are strictly limited and allocated first-confirmed, first-served.
Fitness & honesty
You agree to disclose medical conditions honestly in the team manifest. Our leaders may decline participation at the base — with a full refund — if continuing would endanger you or the group. Their call on the trail is final.
Conduct on the trail
Littering, playing speakers, harassing wildlife or fellow trekkers, or ignoring leader instructions ends your trek without refund. The mountains have rules; we just enforce them.
Itinerary changes
Weather, forest department orders and safety assessments can change routes or timings. We always offer the closest possible alternative or a free date transfer.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your name, phone number, emergency contact and medical notes — collected only to run your trek safely. Photos taken on treks may feature in our gallery; tell your leader if you'd rather not appear, no questions asked.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers. Your medical information is visible only to your trek leaders and is deleted from active records 30 days after your trek.
Communications
We message you about your bookings and trip logistics. Promotional messages are opt-in and every one of them carries an unsubscribe path that actually works.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you cancel
More than 7 days before departure: 100% refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours: 50% refund or a free date transfer — your choice. Within 48 hours: no refund, but we'll still offer one free date transfer because plans break and we get it.
If we cancel
Weather, safety or operational cancellations from our side: 100% refund or priority rebooking with a 10% discount — your choice, no fine print.
How refunds arrive
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Date transfers are instant and can be used for any expedition of equal or lower price within 6 months.
